Palverse Media (“we”, “us”) is an influencer marketing agency based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through palversemedia.com and how we use it.

• Brand enquiries: your name, work email, phone number, company, the service you need, budget range and campaign details.
• Creator applications: your name, email, phone number, city, main platform, profile link, follower count and content category.
• Creator accounts: name, display name, username, photo, bio, city, languages, niches, social links and stats, commercials, past collaborations and portfolio links. Email and phone are never shown publicly.
• Call bookings: details you share when booking through Calendly.
• WhatsApp: messages you choose to send us.

To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals. To review creator applications and match creators to brand briefs. To improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.

Enquiries are stored in our database, and our team gets an email alert for each one. On Live Creators, only the profile details a creator sets to public are shown.

• Service providers that help us run the business, only as needed to provide their service: website hosting and database (Supabase), email (Resend and Google Workspace) and call scheduling (Calendly).
• Brands, only when you are a creator we are proposing for a campaign, and only the profile details relevant to that campaign.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

We keep enquiry and application details for as long as they are useful for our working relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We handle requests in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping our team signed in to the website admin. We don’t use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
